It was observed that part of this population was forced to move due to the impossibility of staying in the region or in search of better living conditions. People who go through this process are considered environmental displaced people, and because they do not have a specific protection system, the validation of their basic rights is impaired. This debate ended up being of paramount importance, considering what the Amazon represents when we talk about the environment. Thus, this work sought to analyze whether there are in fact displacements due to environmental issues, what are the main causes and how the State has been acting in the protection of these rights. This research is multidisciplinary, has a basic character, has an exploratory objective, data of secondary origin.
