Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Bacharelado em Engenharia de Produção) – Universidade do Estado do Pará, Belém, 2023.https://bibliotecadigitaldetcc.uepa.br/handle/riuepa/508Low code development has gained prominence since the 2020s, both in academia and the software industry, alongside concepts such as model-driven engineering and domain-specific languages. This growth meets the need for accessible development resources for people with little or no programming experience. This monograph has the general objective of developing a system on a low code platform for requesting legal services in a renewable energy company in order to propose a tool to assist in the management of these requests. These requests are called “tickets”. To this end, considering the incipient literature on this recent topic, this research explores the technical documentation on low code development and focuses on usability to develop a low code system for requesting legal services. From a methodology point of view, the research can be considered applied, descriptive, qualitative and based on mixed methods. A renewable energy company was selected for the application, for which a system for opening legal service tickets was developed using Microsoft tools. The specific objectives are map system requirements to automate ticket opening in low code, conduct a survey of development time and costs associated with using the chosen platform and identify the most relevant factors that influence the quality of usability and understand how users perceive these tools. The system developed in 20 hours was tested and considered functional and with a friendly interface by users of the legal sector studied in a survey of semi-open questions. Opportunities for improvements were collected and discussed in the Focus Group. After critical analysis of the results, it was concluded that the system's documentation culture can benefit from standardized procedures and project curation. Despite being a TaylorMade product, the procedures adopted can be generalized to meet the demands of other sectors in the same company and in different industries. This monograph concludes by discussing opportunities for research and improvement.Língua PortuguesaAbertoLow codeInternal developmentWorkflowDesenvolvimento de um sistema de requisição de serviços internos em low code de uma empresa de energis renovável.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC)
