To this end, methodological processes based on Porter’s Diamond Model (Factor Conditions, Demand Conditions, Related and Supporting Industries, and Firm Strategy, Structure, and Rivalry) were used to understand how Jambu Sinimbu could improve its market position and its progress up to that point. The inductive method was applied to observe the specific phenomenon of the company and subsequently suggest changes based on the analyzed data. The investigation was carried out through questionnaires and observations, using data provided by the company and cross-referenced with external observations by the authors. The qualitative study sought to understand opinions, attitudes, and behaviors related to the theme, focusing on the meanings and underlying reasons for actions. The results based on Porter’s Diamond attest that, despite logistical and infrastructure challenges, Jambu Sinimbu possessed a significant competitive advantage due to the innovation and quality of its products. With a well-directed strategy and adequate investments, the company has the potential to consolidate its market position and ensure long-term sustainability.Língua PortuguesaAbertoPorter's Diamond ModelLogistical challengesMarketing strategiesCompetitive performanceDa Amazônia para a mundo: uma análise sobre a competitividade da empresa Jambu Sinimbu, com ênfase nos desafios logísticos e de marketing.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC)
