The research is exploratory, adopting deductive methods, an interdisciplinary approach and a qualitative nature. Tramontina Belém adopted strategies to face challenges and take advantage of opportunities, highlighting the potential for growth in the barbecue market, adaptation of products suitable for the market and participation in trade fairs in Germany. The approach included a SWOT and PESTEL analysis of Tramontina's internationalization. Notable challenges include initial mistakes in internationalization, the need to understand German culture and adapt to market variations. The research, based on bibliographical sources and a case study, used primary and secondary data, including interviews.
