Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Bacharelado em Design) - Universidade do Estado do Pará, Belém, 2024.https://bibliotecadigitaldetcc.uepa.br/handle/riuepa/470This work deals with the vernacular typography and visual communication of tecnobrega, with the main objective of highlighting its importance as part of the cultural expressions of Pará, based on the design of an editorial project that helps to deconstruct the prejudice that accompanies this style, both musical and graphic, since it is a movement that originated in the periphery and is marginalized. In this work, the history of tecnobrega and its vernacular look were studied, with the aim of immersing the designer in the context in which the problem is inserted. To develop the book, we used scientific methodology combined with the design methodology for graphic narratives (Piveta, 2018), together with the generalist method indicated by Munari (2008), with creativity tools proposed by Baxter (2011). Therefore, the final configuration has potential and it is hoped that the book will add cultural value and recognition to this typographic work and the lyricists in question, presenting it in this format will serve as a basis for other professionals to create other products and reinforce Pará's cultural identity through design.Língua PortuguesaAbertoEditorial designVernacular typographyTecnobregaTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC)
