As one of the authors of this work is part of the Safo Agency team, it was possible to use her familiarity and direct contact with the company to sign the project briefing that initiated the process of research and further development of the problem. In the data collection phase, an interview was conducted with the company, carrying out techniques to develop the problem, with the analysis of the problem, setting boundaries and goals. After the correct definition of the problem, a search of similar brands began with the intention of knowing the market and competitors indicated by Safo after interviewing with the agency's partners. Collecting that large amount of data, it was possible to analyze it, and to build a framework of characteristics that gathers and organizes what was considered and discussed in the creative stages. Starting with the creativity phase, techniques for understanding the operation of the site and presenting the information on the screen were developed. In addition, the first low fidelity prototypes and the verification phases with the user were presented, conducting two interviews that had positive feedback, reassuring the final model of the project that is detail explained on the given topic of constructive design. It is important to point out that the project was a bibliographic research with characteristics of an action research and used the methodology approached by Munari (2011) and the techniques proposed by Cybis, Betiol and Faust (2015).
