However, the country is also possessing the high mortality rate of enterprises, which is a consequence of several personal and professional factors combined with the lack of planning of entrepreneurs, including lack of investment by angel investors. As a result of this scenario, this work aimed to identify the degree of knowledge of possible investors in relation to entrepreneurial investment practices and to use such practices to measure the feasibility of building, in the state of Pará, an innovative business and Profitable, a shopping mall in the open, aiming to cope with the economy of surroundings and serve as a manual for entrepreneurs who wish to open a new business. The work used softwares such as Strategyzer, Bizagi Modeler, Microsoft Office 2016 and PM Canvas Online, to plan in detail the opening of this mall, utilizing the business model canvas methodology, proposed canvas value, business plan, and project canvas. It was concluded that the knowledge of investors on the tools is still superficial, because the vast majority uses only the business plan and postpones other practices.
