The construction industry plays a fundamental role in socioeconomic development, but also faces significant challenges in relation to environmental and social sustainability. In this context, this research aimed to propose improvements to the construction processes of a small construction company, in order to make it more sustainable. The research began with a comprehensive analysis of the company's existing processes, identifying areas that could be improved and made more sustainable. more efficient, especially in terms of waste generation. Issues related to the use of natural resources, waste management, energy efficiency, among other operational practices, were examined. Based on the results of the analysis, sustainable solutions were proposed that could be implemented to improve the civil construction processes of the company under study. Strategies were explored to reduce the carbon footprint and minimize negative impacts on the environment, encouraging more harmonious and conscious construction. The results of this research contribute to the evolution of a more sustainable and responsible civil construction, demonstrating that improvements in processes can be achieved without compromising the quality of projects.
