This scenario highlights the economic importance of the sector and reinforces the need for modern rural management practices that integrate zootechnical principles, financial control, and the use of information technologies to promote greater productivity, traceability, and sustainability on producing farms. Despite the growing availability of technological solutions aimed at agribusiness, small and medium-sized producers still face challenges in adopting these tools in their routines, whether due to limited access, infrastructure, or technical training. In this context, the present work aimed to develop and explore the feasibility of implementing an information system applied to the management of reproductive practices on a buffalo farm located in the state of Amapá. Using the Power Apps platform and Excel, a system was developed to digitally record reproductive activities, replacing the paper-based forms traditionally used. The data collected through the application served as the foundation for building a management dashboard using Business Intelligence tools in Power BI, enabling a clear and strategic visualization of reproductive indicators.
