Cop-30 e mobilidade urbana sustentável: abordagem híbrida para análise dos benefícios econômicos e ambientais na Região Metropolitana de Belém. 2024. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Bacharelado em Engenharia de Produção) – Universidade do Estado do Pará, Belém, 2024.https://bibliotecadigitaldetcc.uepa.br/handle/riuepa/650Environmental pollution and climate change, mostly driven by emissions from the transport sector, represent global challenges that require urgent solutions. In this context, the electrification of public transport has emerged as a promising strategy for mitigating environmental impacts, such as reducing greenhouse gas (GEE) emissions and improving air quality. This study presents the results of a Systematic Literature Review (RSL) combined with the Fuzzy-TOPSIS multi-criteria analysis methodology, aimed at identifying and prioritising research into the use of electric bus fleets in the Metropolitan Region of Belém (RMB), the capital of Pará, which will host COP-30 (30th United Nations Climate Change Conference) in 2025. The research emphasises key factors such as reducing GHG emissions, reducing noise pollution, energy efficiency and improving air quality. The results were organised following the PRISMA methodology (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses), in accordance with the guidelines of the scientific community of the Cochrane Collaboration. After searching various databases, the selected studies were subjected to multi-criteria and comparative analyses, which enabled the most relevant articles to be highlighted. The study also includes a comparative analysis based on Portugal's experience in adopting electric buses, using the SWOT matrix to assess the main strengths and challenges. The research highlights the applicability of the strategies implemented in Portugal to the RMB context, considering its geographical, demographic and economic characteristics. The conclusion aligns with the global sustainable development agenda, emphasising that the implementation of electric fleets supported by renewable energies is a viable solution for achieving the goal of zero CO₂ emissions. These policies are recommended for the RMB, contributing to the promotion of sustainable urban mobility and the fulfilment of global climate commitments.Língua PortuguesaAbertoSustainable urban mobilityElectric busesRSLFuzzy-TOPSISPRISMASWOT analysisComparative analysisEnvironmental and economic benefitsCOP-30Cop-30 e mobilidade urbana sustentável: abordagem híbrida para análise dos benefícios econômicos e ambientais na Região Metropolitana de Belém.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC)
