Within this context, the problem of this research focused on optimizing and facilitating the control of the logistical flow of the replacement parts return process in a heavy machinery dealership located in the metropolitan region of Belém-PA. For this, the main objective of the work was to develop a multiplatform application capable of reducing and automating the activities of this process. With regard to methodology, semi-structured interviews were carried out and data were collected about the process through direct observation, with a qualitative, descriptive and explanatory approach. From this, a low-code cross-platform application was created and proposed to carry out the process and manage it. As main results, it was noted that the application reduces the amount of activities and automates the generation of indicators. Thus, the attendant will have less rework in the execution of a return and the manager will have realtime information for decision making with more assertiveness and speed.
