To this end, the work was monitored for nine weeks and the Last Planner system was applied as a method to carry out the short-term planning (weekly schedule) of two work packages: masonry and flooring, in the work, called Work construction X. Through the obtained results, an analysis was made to identify the area in which there was a bottleneck in the planning process. As a result, each week, together with the technical team, the weekly schedule of activities was carried out, where it was possible to measure the level of compliance with the plan of activities for each week, through the indicators - Percentage of Complete Plans and Percentage of Success in Operational Planning; the Pareto diagram was applied to carry out the mapping and determination of the main causes that interfere in the full execution of the work packages, and thus, in the management of the PCP of the work under study. It was detected through the LPS methodology, that the bottleneck of the causes that affected the development of the activities is related to the material: a) problems with the programming of the material to be used in the week; and, b) delivery of materials to the construction site, caused by the deficiency between the time of purchase and delivery of the material to the construction site.
