Ferramentas da qualidade para melhoria de processos no setor industrial: uma aplicação da revisão sistemática da literatura. 2024. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Bacharelado em Engenharia de Produção) – Universidade do Estado do Pará, Belém, 2024.https://bibliotecadigitaldetcc.uepa.br/handle/riuepa/514In the constantly evolving scenario of technological advances and social changes, organizations face constant transformations that impact not only their structures, but also their organizational culture. In response to dynamic market changes, organizations must find ways to manage quality effectively to improve the productivity of production systems. To remain competitive, organizations have sought strategies to manage quality and increase productivity. In this sense, this study aimed to map the use of quality tools to improve processes in the industrial sector. In which 28 articles were mapped using the systematic literature review method. The research results demonstrate that studies on the use of quality tools in the industrial sector is a recent topic, in which the first three years correspond to more than 70% of publications on the topic in the database used, with a higher percentage of publications in 2018, it was also found that in geographical distribution, India stands out with 14 published articles, representing 50% of the total study. It was observed that the automotive, food and consumer electronics sector was the most studied, with 11 articles, representing 39.2% of the total studies. Through frequency analysis of the most used quality tools, it was identified that 85.71% of the 28 documents presented the application of the Ishikawa diagram tool. Since this tool is used to help solve problems in improving processes. In the frequency analysis of quality tools according to their classification, the basic tools were the most used with 69.81% of the total research. This is because these basic tools are fundamental in the initial phase of an improvement project, helping the team to understand the nature of the challenges faced. As the main conclusion of the study, it could be inferred that the literature highlights the crucial importance of these approaches in optimizing industrial processes, showing a great potential to influence the practices of using tools and training aimed at quality, as they demonstrate how simple tools bring great results for continuous improvement.Língua PortuguesaAbertoQuality toolsSystematic reviewIindustrial sectorFerramentas da qualidade para melhoria de processos no setor industrial: uma aplicação da revisão sistemática da literatura.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC)
