The project aims to promote a critical and symbolic visual representation of the social and cultural inequalities of the time, connecting past and present through the creation of characters for digital games. The adopted methodology is qualitative, based on Lakatos and Marconi (2021) and the project design model proposed by Rocha (2023), divided into six stages: problem definition, data collection and analysis, conceptual creativity, concept art, verification and refinement, and final solution. Data collection involved visual panels addressing architecture, fashion, and indigenous cultural references. The interpretative analysis of these elements guided the creation of a dystopian fictional universe marked by the exploitation of a fictional magical substance called Umaarau. The project resulted in the visual design of a protagonist and an antagonist who symbolize, respectively, ancestral resistance and the power of the dominant elite.
