Walking with this phenomenon, it’s observable a growth in the demands of the clients with the quality in service, which motivates organizations to focus their strategies to satisfy these demands. Thus, companies have been employing techniques capable of evaluating the quality of services and the alignment of their strategic planning to comply with this demand. This way, the integration of the Kano model with the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method is applied in this work, in order to measure the alignment of junior consulting companies with the perceptions of their target market. The Kano model categorizes customer requirements and quality characteristics, while QFD correlates these requirements with the characteristics of service quality under study. The implementation of this model applied to the context of the junior companies allowed to identify, analyze and rank the main requirements required to satisfy their customers.
