The study was based on the areas of Design Thinking and UX design jointly, demonstrating the potential for intervention obtained with interdisciplinary convergence. The project adopts a qualitative and quantitative approach, expository objective and applied nature. Design Thinking methodologies applied to libraries (IDEO, 2017), Merino (2016) and Cybis, Betiol and Faust (2015) were used to define guidelines, steps and design tools. The research made it possible to gather information pertaining to the organization, target audience and competitors, and then analyze the data in depth to define the project strategy and build the information architecture to then create prototypes.
