Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Bacharelado em Design) - Universidade do Estado do Pará, Belém, 2018.https://bibliotecadigitaldetcc.uepa.br/handle/riuepa/699This work deals with the creation of a collection of prints with reference to historical monuments of the city of Belém – PA, sometimes "invisible" before the everyday glances or still forgotten by the public power, under the visual aspects of the Vaporwave style, considered as an expression of Technological art. To this end, bibliographical and field research was carried out on monuments such as the League Landmark, Cabanagem Memorial, and those located in Waldemar Henrique Square and Siqueira Campos Square (Clock Square), as well as researched information about the origins and influence of the Vaporwave. Later, the design methodology proposed by Löbach (2001) was started, with the execution of the phases of information collection, generation of ideas, analysis of alternatives and realization of the most suitable alternative to solve the problem. The result is the collection of prints entitled "NEO PLAZA 1616", with which one seeks, in the combination of past and contemporary elements, to present important points in the history of the city of Belém in a new way, both with regard to visual compositions, by means of Surface Design, as well as in the medium in which they are applied and visualized, namely the fashionable products, which can be expanded by several types of the same sector, as well as to stimulate reflection on parts of the city's culture and history that do not received proper attention.Língua PortuguesaAbertoSurface designArtHistoryMonumentsVaporwaveTrabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC)
