TCC (Graduação em Design) – Universidade do Estado do Pará, Centro de Ciências Naturais e Tecnologia, Belém, 2019.https://bibliotecadigitaldetcc.uepa.br/handle/riuepa/544This work approaches how the Art Nouveau style was applied on the period’s jewelry, when it comes to materials and manufacturing processes, searching to relate the techniques, material and manufacturing processes that are practiced on contemporary jewelry; also emphasizing the style’s presence in Belém do Pará, through photographic registers on the historical buildings, and also treats about the investigation on the thematical potential in applying Amazonia’s fauna and flora as an inspiration for creating a collection of jewels manufactured on the updated processes and materials. And so, this work has resulted in contemporary jewels, based on information acquired in bibliographic researches, that were applied together with data collected through field research, questionnaires and interviews looking to identify the potential target audience for those historical and aesthetic products.
