This tool is characterized by the classification of the materials in terms of impact on the result and risk of supply, generating four groups of products associated with their markets: leverage items, strategic, noncritical and bottlenecks. To do so, it was based on the article by Hoinaski (2016) to develop the research, where the ABC classification was used to determine the Y axis of the matrix (impact on the result) and a questionnaire was elaborated based on the 5 forces of Porter and analyze SWOT to establish the X axis (risk of supply). Therefore, as results, the quadrant that each item in the study belonged to was identified and some shopping strategies were also suggested for them.
