Soberania alimentar no recanto das mulheres da vila “que era” na Reserva Extrativista Marinha Caeté-Taperaçu, Bragança. 2024. Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Tecnologia em Alimentos) - Universidade do Estado do Pará, Belém, 2024.https://bibliotecadigitaldetcc.uepa.br/handle/riuepa/499Mangroves are coastal ecosystems that play a fundamental role in the food sovereignty of their population, territorial development and sustainability. The objective of this work was to carry out a study on the experiences of women from Vila “que era”, which is located in the CaetéTaperaçu Marine Extractive Reserve, and propose a community kitchen project as a right to food sovereignty for its population. Descriptive research was used as a methodology regarding the objectives, because it deals with the description of the characteristics of a population and phenomenon and regarding the approach, a qualitative study of non-participant observation was carried out. The research is based on the activities of women in the community and how much their practices impact food sovereignty. The building facilities still do not have the characteristics of a community kitchen, despite resources having been invested in the construction. This deficiency occurs because the community did not have technical assistance in the architectural design and support from the public authorities for the building installations to comply with current standards, requiring adjustments. Furthermore, the community needs a course on Good Handling Practices to offer food services.Língua PortuguesaAbertoResexCommunal kitchenBuilding installationsGenderSoberania alimentar no recanto das mulheres da vila “que era” na Reserva Extrativista Marinha Caeté-Taperaçu, Bragança.Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC)
