The challenge is to find an optimal management point for these stocks, in order to minimize the costs it represents and increase its functionality in correctly meeting the demands. The present study aims to analyze and propose an adequate inventory management model for a company that produces electric conductors in the state of Pará, Brazil. The study will be based on a Lean approach, more precisely on principles and tools of Lean Logistics, also considering its trade-offs. The methodology involves bibliographic studies, data collection through interviews, visits and searches in the company’s database, processes’ mapping, as well as lean logistics tool analyzes and proposals for applying them in the future. In this contest the tools Kanban, 5S, Kaizen, Pokayoke and A3 were proposed for being used and through the analyses of their logistic tradeoffs it was concluded that it would be reached potential improveness at the level of service of the logistic components stocks, installations and information, while it would be reduced the costs of the components stocks and installations.
