Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (Bacharelado em Design) - Universidade do Estado do Pará, Belém, 2021.https://bibliotecadigitaldetcc.uepa.br/handle/riuepa/525The current project is an exploratory case study, with field research and bibliographic review, aiming for visual identity development and promotion planning of an acneic and sensitive skin care concept brand for the residents of Belém/Pará. It was divided in two stages - the first one was the implementation of semi-structured interviews with pharmacy professionals and the creation of 4 personas, defined as profiles of the target audience, and the second stage consisted in collecting secondary information, bibliographic and documental review, used to support the elaboration of a pop-up store. It was identified that the profile of the target audience, defined by the professionals and obtained in an elaborated interview, corroborated, in an amplified spectrum, with the field literature: young, female, acneic skin, and middle class. Although it was also pursued to contemplate, in this project, the audience was shown through the research conducted in this specific area, of “young and adult women, belonging to the upper class - A and B. As a result of the proposed review and the proposed exploratory and preliminary study, it was identified that a skincare brand or visual identity development seems to be an important variable in selling and in consumer’s choice for people with sensitive and/or acneic skin.
