The proposal encompasses the development of a BI system customized to the particularities of the sector, with an emphasis on the analysis of indicators, budget and cost management. To this end, the Power BI application was adopted. which followed the steps outlined by Barbieri (2001), corresponds to: the assessment of needs in the company, planning, survey and mapping of data sources, ETL, presentation of information, implementation and post-implementation. Data collection was carried out by SBC and SINAPI, providing the basis for the compositions. Using specialized software such as Orçafascio, an integrated management ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) was used, specifically designed for the construction industries, and for the analysis and visualization of indicators. The ETL process was conducted involving the relationship between the base budget, the schedule, the expenses associated with the schedule and the measurement forecast for a unified analysis. To monitor the financial health of the project, financial indices were constructed considering several factors.
