This work aims to bring together Brazilian diplomatic efforts in the light of the neoliberal theory — which works on issues such as diplomacy, international cooperation and how they are organized around these factors — in na attempt to answer whether Brazilian diplomacy serves more or less interest groups when compared to other BRICS countries.
