The research is based on authors such as Lia Krucken, Rafael Cardoso, Lucy Niemeyer, and others. The importance of cultural valorization in local products and the semiotics through the meanings of the signs and communication of the product to the consumer. The research was done by the investigation in the district of Umarizal and the island of Combu by means of conversations and photographic images, places destined for this work, analyzing the daily life of the residents, the particularity of each scenario. Their relationship is shown through the proposed furniture, the result involves from the historical context of emergence of the Pará society, the social question, the cultural manifestations and their diversity, adding the rustic to the contemporary.
