Thus, Business Intelligence (BI) emerges as a way to optimize and facilitate the process of making decisions, with tools and effective methodologies from data extraction to information dissemination, providing the necessary assistance for agents to who carry out the decisions do it in the best way. In this line of reasoning, it is pointed out that there are several tools that have this function, however, with Microsoft Power BI, you can analyze the data in different ways and have several different optics, which provide information quickly and more visually. intuitive compared to these other tools. Thus, this study applies a Microsoft Power BI tool and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Cash Flow Statement (DFC) and Performance Result Statement (DRE) in a lighting parts sales company that experience difficulties in financial planning.
