However, this implementation still faces structural, technological, and organizational challenges that limit its effective application. In this context, this study aims to propose and validate a framework capable of enhancing AI adoption in logistics operations management. A qualitative–quantitative approach was adopted, combining a literature review with an empirical survey answered by logistics professionals. The collected data were analyzed using the Lawshe and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution methods. The study identified the key stakeholders involved, validated the essential challenges to AI adoption, and ranked the benefits according to their perceived importance. The results enabled the consolidation of a validated framework that integrates these elements to support decision-making and guide AI implementation strategies.
