Therefore, in the context of startups, good management of their financial resources is an important part of guaranteeing the right to grant credit. In this sense, the objective was to identify points of convergence and divergence, in relation to the indicators present in the literature, validate and compare according to the perception of professionals in the area, being financial managers and CEOs of startups. To this end, the methodology was a literature review, where the relevant financial indicators for granting credit to startups were identified, and, subsequently, a survey was carried out with financial management and startup professionals. The results obtained were validated in a comparative way using the Laswhe method. As a result, the indicators "I_05 Burn rate", "I_06 Profitability" and "I_07 Profitability" were validated by the same group of experts, financial managers and startup CEOs. As for the other indicators, the 'I_9 Credit Score' was validated only by the group of financial managers, while the 'I_11 Cash Flow' was evaluated by startup CEOs. It is noteworthy that as this is an exploratory study, the results obtained cannot be generalized to contexts with different characteristics and specificities from those addressed in this study.
