Thus, it was used a methodology design called “Case Study” in an palm oil processing company in the county of Belém. The steps of the research are: (a) Identification of the basic concepts of fuzzy logic for constructing the basis of the proposed model; (b) Identification and collection of company data on indirect manufacturing costs; (c) Design of the base of rules, Fuzzifier and Defuzzifier for the purposed inference system; (d) Analysis of the results found in the studied model.
